We want to protect our clients & ourselves
Which is why we take precautions against the spread of COVID-19 seriously. DIREKT staff, when on-site and when dealing with your artwork at any location, will wash hands, wear gloves, and wear mouth-and-nose-covering masks. (And, as always, when on site in a residence, we will wear shoe covers.) We will social distance from our clients and, as much as possible, from each other. We carry hand sanitizer and prepackaged alcohol swabs in our vehicles and in our work kits. Naturally, any DIREKT staff member who is not feeling well will self-quarantine and will not work.
And we ask that our clients do the same. We insist that our clients wash their hands, and wear mouth-and-nose-covering masks when in the same room with DIREKT staff. If a client does not have a mask handy, we will provide one. While it is not our intention to impose on anyone, we believe this is in line with all our best interests.
Of our clients we also ask that, whenever possible, windows be left open in the rooms in which we are working, and that we be given at least six feet of space to perform our tasks. While there may be instances in which this is impossible, we would like to keep these to a minimum; we may ask a few questions regarding the space(s) we’re going to be working in when we speak with our clients to arrange the appointment. If there are going to be other contractors present during out appointment, please inform us beforehand.
We will make every effort to carry out our tasks quickly and effectively, however DIREKT reserves the right to refuse to work in a site or under circumstances that seem unsafe. DIREKT also reserves the right to refuse to work if we believe our client’s safety may be at risk. If there seems to be general public danger in taking on the execution of an already-arranged project, we will work with out clients to reschedule.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding how COVID-19 may affect our execution of your project, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will do our best to address them.
